Family Support Groups are led by trained family members of individuals living with mental health challenges. They understand your daily challenges and can offer you encouragement and support. All groups are confidential – you can share as much or as little as you wish.
First and Third Monday of each Month, 7:30 pm Pacific, hosted by NAMI Far North.
