NAMI Connection Recovery & Wellness Support Group is a peer-led support group for adults living with mental health challenges. It is a casual and relaxed approach to sharing the challenges and successes of coping with mental wellness. This group is confidential, and there is no need to register–just come when you feel like you need someone to talk to. The groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have been there. Any adult diagnosed with a mental illness, regardless of the diagnosis, is welcome to attend.
